BCA Weekly Co-op & Tutorials

 

2023-24 Academic School Year

Classes are open to both BCA students and non-BCA students

Classes/Schedules are subject to change based on interest - minimum of 5 students is required to create a class

Application submission opens 19 March and closes 31 July 2023

                                                          1. Submit your application (includes class request)

                                                              Once your application is approved you will receive an email notification with details

                                                              about the MANDATORY Parent Meeting and Required Materials List for each class

                                                          2. Upon approval, payment of Facility Fees & Registration Fee reserves your seat(s)

                                                               BCA Cover School Families - $150 Facility Fee

                                                               Other Cover School Families - $250 Facility Fee + $50 Registration Fee

                                                          3. Semester Student Fees & Supply/Lab Fees are due by MANDATORY Parent Meeting

                                                               Student Fees are $25 per student, each semester

                                                               Supply/Lab Fees are per semester, as specified by class requirements (art, sciences, drama…)

                                                          4. Class Fees are paid by the first day of classes each semester

                                                               Fees are paid per semester directly to individual teachers

***Enrollment in BCA Co-op is a year-long academic & financial commitment***

First Semester  8 August - 17 November 2023

Second Semester 2 January - 16 May 2024
